It's all about the breathing...

Breathing during my run today was tough.  I kept getting what I call "breathing spasms" They lasted until I was about 3/4ths of the way through my run.  I ran on the treadmill 32.5 minutes today for a distance of 2 miles.

    Curious: How do you breathe when you run? Is it something you consciously consider, while running?
